Yoga Nidra Event

A class for pure relaxation. Nidra is a Sanskrit term meaning “sleep”. In yoga, yoga nidra is a meditation practice that induces a state of deep, but conscious relaxation. During the class, you will be guided through body awareness experiences and imagery, and the goal is to move into that state between sleeping and waking. This process can be very relaxing and restorative to the nervous system and it will leave you feeling calm and peaceful.
