Personalized support for your body, mind, and spirit

Yoga therapy is a personalized use of yoga tools such as movement, breathwork, meditation, and guided self-inquiry to support your unique physical, mental, and emotional needs. Unlike a one-size-fits-all approach, yoga therapy meets you exactly where you are and helps you connect with your own innate healing potential.
How does it work?
Yoga therapy takes a whole-person perspective, recognizing that health and wellbeing are influenced not just by the body, but also by the mind, emotions, and spirit. When the nervous system is regulated, the body has greater capacity to heal—and yoga therapy provides effective practices to support this regulation.
Through research, we know that yoga works both “top-down” (using cognitive tools like meditation and reflection to shift the body’s state) and “bottom-up” (using movement, breath, and somatic practices to shift the nervous system and influence thoughts and emotions). This two-way approach builds resilience, balance, and inner calm.
What you can expect

In a yoga therapy session, you will be guided through practices such as:
- Gentle movement and assisted postures
- Breathwork for calming or energizing the system
- Meditation and mindfulness techniques
- Guided self-inquiry for personal insight
Each session is tailored to your needs, helping you safely explore your body, mind, and emotions. Over time, these practices support you in becoming more attuned to yourself—deepening your understanding of how thoughts, beliefs, and habits shape your wellbeing.
Who is yoga therapy for?
Yoga therapy can be a supportive resource for many health challenges, including:
- Stress, anxiety, and depression
- Trauma and emotional overwhelm
- Insomnia and sleep disturbances
- Chronic pain and inflammation
- Autoimmune conditions
- Digestive issues
- Illness and recovery support
Many clients report improvements such as decreased stress, reduced pain, greater emotional balance, and an overall sense of peace and vitality.
A pathway to healing and wholeness
Yoga therapy is ultimately about integration—bringing your body, mind, emotions, and spirit into harmony. It offers a compassionate, somatic pathway toward resilience, self-awareness, and wellbeing.
If you’re ready to explore a personalized approach to healing and growth, yoga therapy may be the support you’ve been looking for.
Yoga affects the mind and body through regulation of the nervous system, and when our nervous system is regulated, all other body systems can heal.
